We Existed. We Took Up Space. Then We Didn't.

A multimedia performance with elements of cinema, contemporary music, experimental theater, and dance. Titled after a verse by Krystalli Glyniadaki, the work revolves around the concept of disappearance: of time, people, emotions, memory, and bonds. Our story begins with two women, whose process of preparing a daily lunch table brings to the surface stories from different places and times, with one common feature: something is lost in each of these stories. Thessaloniki, Egypt, the Middle East, 1944, 2025, 2 minutes ago—space and time in this performance lose their coherence and linearity. The personal story of the two women becomes the starting point for a journey into the history of humanity. Through them, we meet other characters in the play, and together, we travel from loss to loss, crossing landscapes and dates."
